Blackboard Ally is an accessibility tool integrated into UC Davis Canvas courses that helps instructors create more inclusive digital course content by automatically evaluating uploaded materials for common accessibility issues and providing clear, step-by-step guidance for improvement. It also generates alternative formats, such as accessible HTML, audio, and electronic braille, so students can access course materials in the format that best meets their needs, improving usability for all learners.
